Easter Egg Hunt
March 15, 2008 • 11 a.m.
Bring your basket and join the Easter Bunny in the hunt for candy eggs on the square in downtown Decatur. Easter Bunny arrives at 10:30 a.m. Age categories: 0-2; Preschool, Kindergarten, grades 1-5. Sponsored by Decatur Business Association. Free.

Blue Sky Concerts • 2008
May 7, 14, 21, 28 • Noon-1 p.m.
Enjoy a mid-week lunchtime music break every Wednesday in May at the Community Bandstand on the square in downtown Decatur. Free. Bring your lunch or purchase a special to-go lunch from a nearby restaurant and enjoy live performances from a variety of artists. Brought to you by Decatur Business Association and SunTrust Bank.

Concerts on the Square • 2008
May 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 • 7-9:30 p.m.
Every Saturday night in May at the Community Bandstand on the square in downtown Decatur. Free. Pack your picnic, bring your quilts and blankets and enjoy an evening of musical entertainment. Brought to you by Decatur Business Association and Wachovia Bank of Georgia.

Beach Party
June 20, 2008 from 5 p.m. to midnight
Decatur brings in 60 tons of sand and turns the square into a beach for this annual event. Dance in the streets to the beach music from the live band performing from the stage that stretches across Ponce de Leon Avenue. Activities include children's boardwalk games, face painting, wading pools in the sand and more. Adults $6.50 in advance, $10 at the gate; children 12 and under, free (limit two children per paying adult). No coolers, glass or pets allowed. Sponsored by Decatur Business Association. Proceeds from this annual fundraiser benefit downtown improvement projects.

Pied Piper Parade, Concert and Fireworks
Decorate your bicycle, skateboard, or wagon and walk, ride, or skate in the Pied Piper Parade as it winds through the streets of downtown Decatur. Concert on the square features Callanwolde Concert Band. Fireworks at dark. Parade 6 p.m.; Concert 7 p.m. Sponsored by Decatur Business Association. Free.

Annual Welcome Reception at Agnes Scott College 2008
Join the DBA in welcoming new students to Agnes Scott College on Saturday, August 23, 2-4 pm. Great opportunity to meet and showcase your business to the students and their parents. There is no fee but you must be a DBA member and must reserve a table.
